Abstract

Approach to security and actions to ensure it are based on knowledge, information, research, analysis, and evaluation are of great methodological importance. There have been major changes in security theory, concepts, and methodologies, and the primary activity of ensuring security is the study, analysis, and risk assessment of threat trends affecting security. It is the identification of security threats in order to understand the process of changes in the content and nature of threats to security, as they expand and move into new directions.
