Abstract

As a result of the historical process of the origin and development of mankind, and as a result of the class struggle, states and empires were established, and the state followed the state, and then, in view of the necessity and requirement to implement state affairs in a single line, laws were created and through various social systems in the course of development, even today's democratic society has a history of fulfilling its real obligations.

At all stages of this development of history, countries and powers of the world have continuously conducted research aimed at identifying crimes, their causes, and investigating the personality and characteristics of criminals. It has a history of determining the development of science, and then creating the theoretical foundations of special branches of knowledge such as criminology, forensics, criminal law, criminal law, and the management and organization of investigations.

This article aims to study how the historical tradition of the establishment of the investigation service, the fight against crime and violations, and the investigation, as well as the legal regulation of its management, have evolved.
