SPECIAL STATE PROTECTION FROM THE POLICE SOME ISSUES TO CONSIDER WHEN WORKING WITH THE GROUND

Abstract

In accordance with the laws of Mongolia and the international treaties to which Mongolia is a party, the State Special Protection Office is responsible for the President of Mongolia, the Speaker of the State Parliament, the Prime Minister, the heads of foreign governments, heads of governments, high-ranking guests, and government ministries visiting Mongolia. It is an organization with a special function to ensure the national security of Mongolia, which implements the functions of ensuring the safety of buildings and vehicles where the security guard is located, preventing potential terrorist attacks, and stopping attacks.

In this article, we aim to briefly discuss some of the issues and issues that should be paid attention to in cooperation with the police and the State Special Security Agency.
