Abstract

Analyzing the factors, their sources and characteristics that may have a negative impact on the implementation of the goal of ensuring the safety of extremely important state objects, will determine the methods and ways to ensure safety, and create guaranteed conditions for protection from possible threats, threats, challenges, and risks. Therefore, this report aims to theoretically define the operational system for ensuring the condition of the state's most important objects and the factors affecting it.
