CURRENT STATE AND FUTURE TRENDS OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN INTERNAL TROOPS

Abstract

The problem of human resources of any organization is important to determine the direction of the development of the organization, as well as to solve the problem of the existence or not of the system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement human resource issues based on careful planning and research.

The human resource problem of the special government service has its own characteristics, so it will be possible to implement the functions of the organization based on the identification and study of these characteristics.

In this article, the current situation and future trends of the human resources of the Internal Military Organization are defined and suggestions are made.
