Abstract

Mongolia, while strengthening its position in terms of geographical location, sovereignty, and economy globally, still lags behind other countries in tackling cybercrime. This highlights the increasing need for improvements in the legal framework, international cooperation, infrastructure, and the development of skilled human resources to effectively combat cybercrime.
