Annotation. The article discusses the measures taken to prevent offenses among the military personnel of the contract service of the Internal Troops of Mongolia. The author dwells in detail on the measures of individual prevention of offenses in the state bodies of Mongolia. In addition, the specifics of the legal education of military personnel are revealed and its role will be determined.
