Abstract

The role of the police in organizing demonstrations and gatherings is very important. Because the police organization is the clearest expression of the state's power, it shows the state's commitment to the rule of law and the protection of basic human rights and freedoms.

In this article, I have briefly expressed my thoughts from the researcher's point of view by selecting the legal regulations of the traffic police to maintain order during demonstrations and gatherings.
