Abstract

Driving under the influence of alcohol is one of the leading causes of loss of life and health in traffic accidents and incidents.

This article will analyze the situation regarding road traffic cases, accidents and violations after the amendments and amendments to the Law on Criminal and Violations related to driving under the influence of alcohol.
