According to Article 16 of the Mongolian Constitution, which states that citizens have the following rights: "freedom of belief, free expression of opinion, speech, publication, peaceful procession and assemply," a citizen of Mongolia may join in procession and assembly, speak, and publish.
Therefore, by disorganizing them and disguising their illegal conduct under the pretense of human rights, procession and assemply participants have failed to comply with the legal framework outlined in the Law on the Procedures for procession and assemply in recent years.
This study, conducted by me as a researcher, evaluates the procedures, formats, and behaviors of procession and assemply participants in Mongolia over the course of the last ten years in order to confirm legal conformity.
