POLICE HUMAN RESOURCE TRAINING LEGAL AND REGULATORY ISSUES

Abstract

In order to organize the training activities within the framework of the law, systematic acts such as “Police Procedures” and “University of Internal Affairs Procedures” have been developed and implemented in accordance with the standards of some foreign countries.

Expanding research on the theory, methodology, and legal framework for police training has become an important goal for research institutions and researchers. Police officers have always played a key role in ensuring public safety and resolving conflicts. The study of the training, theory, philosophy, legal and methodological approaches that provide knowledge, education and professional skills to these officers is important not only for the development of the training, but also to determine the knowledge, skills and attitudes.
