FORCED IN SECRET SURVEILLANCE OPERATIONS LEGAL REGULATORY ISSUES

Abstract

As part of the legal reforms taking place in Mongolia, the parliament has revised and approved many laws such as on Violations, Criminal Laws, and Civil Service Laws. One of the clear examples of this is the secret investigation procedure provided for in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this report, I intend to express my opinion on the issues such as understanding what secret investigation is, whether it is the method and procedure specified in the law on executive work, and who is the person authorized to conduct a secret investigation.
