Abstract

In Mongolia, the number of crimes committed against children has been increasing in recent years, and despite the implementation of various measures and measures by the government, there is no change in the crime rate. Although it is commendable that regulations are being made to combat this type of crime within the framework of the law, it is intended to study and show what exactly affects the implementation of preventive measures and becoming a victim of crime.
