Abstract

The concept of the latent crime, classification and methods of its accounting done by the scientists
are considered in this publication. You can also find the numeral index of the latent crime done in advance in
the arcas of some districts of our country. it is still difficult to find the scientific research work about the latent
crime in mongolian legal science literature so doing the research work in this field is becoming an actual problem
nowdays.
