ХСИС-ИЙН СУРГАЛТЫН ХӨТӨЛБӨРТ “МАНСУУРУУЛАХ БОДИС, СЭТГЭЦЭД НӨЛӨӨЛӨХ ЭМ, БЭЛДМЭЛИЙН ХУУЛЬ БУС ЭРГЭЛТТЭЙ ТЭМЦЭХ АРГА ЗҮЙ” ХИЧЭЭЛИЙГ ОРУУЛАХ ХЭРЭГЦЭЭ ШААРДЛАГА

Abstract

 The curriculum of Law Enforcement University needs to be developed taking into account
such factors as current policies on legal reform, crime trends, and criminological situation and prognosis of
the country.
Though Mongolia has lower level of illegal drug use in the world, there are certain factors that
might increase the level in the future. The knowledge and skills of law enforcement staff will certainly play
an important role in combatting illegal drug consumption and drug-related crimes. Therefore, as one of the
major universities which train and develop law enforcement staff in Mongolia, Law Enforcement University
is required to integrate the course on “Methods and techniques for combatting illegal drug use and drug-re-
lated crimes” into its curriculum and start educating teaching staff and developing teaching materials of the
course.
