IMPROVING LOCAL STATE PARTICIPATION AND COOPERATION IN AUTO ACCIDENT PREVENTION

Abstract

Today, technology is developing at a rapid pace, and as a result, human beings are becoming dependent on technology and managing their daily life with the help of technical tools. At the same time, every family owns and uses a vehicle to make a living. Year by year, the number of cars imported and coming through the border of Mongolia is increasing, and the road traffic is increasing, which is felt in our daily life.

It is clear from the relevant statistics that road traffic safety is not very good in our country. According to national statistics, the number of road traffic accidents has decreased in recent years (29,474 in 2018 and 24,121 in 2022), but this is not enough compared to other countries.

In order to improve road traffic safety and reduce the number of road traffic accidents, it is necessary to improve the cooperation and coordination of stakeholders at the social level, including local administrative organizations.Therefore, by conducting research on the topic, we analyzed the problem from different angles and tried to come up with innovative ideas. To achieve this goal, the following objectives have been proposed.
