Abstract

Our country is implementing the state policy of ensuring internal security in the Constitution of Mongolia and National Security Concept. The protection of /nationally important objects/ is important, and this duty is assigned to the Home Army, a specialized military with special functions to ensure national security.

It is our country's responsibility to ensure the internal security of the country, to protect citizens and communities, and to ensure their safety from threats, disasters, accidents, the spread of infectious diseases, domestic disturbances and chaos, which are changing according to the trends of global development today. is becoming one of the pressing problems.

In this article, the current state of the legal regulation of the state's protection of extremely important objects and some issues that should be paid attention to in the future are briefly discussed.
