Organized crime is a significant factor posing serious threats to the domestic security of countries and has recently created transnational risks, requiring cooperation between nations.
In today's world, where the concept of "one world" has emerged, it is no longer just the citizens of a single country who are affected; rather, the entire world is being shocked by various crimes, murders, and terrorism carried out in an organized manner. In some cases, crime is not confined to a specific border but encompasses culture, art, business, politics, and society as a whole, and is even perpetrated internationally without regard for borders.
