A management style is a leader's approach, strategy, decision-making, and work flow management to achieve organizational goals. It is aimed at ensuring the efficient operation of the organization, increasing the productivity of employees, and ensuring the culture and progress of the organization.
This report aims to bring out how the positive approach of the head of the unit and management affects the satisfaction of the employees and officers of the police organization in charge of the territory and the productivity of their work.
