In the previous published article
I made certain theoretical aspects of populist
operation, its concepts and nature.
Political scientists have considered that
populism acutely rises in the period of tran-
sitional society. Therefore, to understand the
development of modern populism it is import-
ant to understand its history and evolution.
In this article, I have tried to explain how
the term of “populism” first came into the po-
litical arena of countries word wide, how this
phenomenon occurred throughout history and
what kind of pre-requisite conditions existed
for populism to develop in our society
