There are essential needs practically which are to precise classification theory
and practical issues of the crime is “intentionally destroy and damage others’ property” is
specified in Article 153 of the Criminal Code, to change some parts of the regulation and
to get a detailed description of the Supreme Court. Because practical application of the law
created confusion, as well as criminal penalty is not real, individual rights and freedoms are
violated in many cases. Therefore, this article attempted to propose some suggestions to
improve coordination.
