Abstract

 As a result of increasing incurred losses from the crimes, there is a necessity of immediate
steps concerning for restitution.
Restitution caused by the crime is vital activity to fulfill sentence purpose and restore the violated
rights. In order to do that It is important to develop cooperation of Law enforcement organizations.
