As business and economic relations expand and develop extensively world-
wide, some issues related to the legal regulations have been in the center of attention.
One part of the multi-sided relations which has been developing rapidly is the e-commerce.
Nowadays, people have been replacing the traditional way of trading with the e-commerce
ordering their products over the internet. This practice has been giving a favorable condi-
tion to both of the sides making their work easier. On the other hand, based on the survey
result conducted among the customers, we can see that it has resulted in more negative
impacts in the e-environment violating the legal rights of the customers. Thus, it has
become necessary for us to protect the legal rights of the customers and improve its legal
environment.
