Abstract

Today, the biggest problem in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, is traffic congestion. Although the Parliament, Government, and Ulaanbaatar city administration are looking for many ways on this issue, they are still unable to achieve results.

In this article, based on the results of the research, the satisfaction and attitude of the public to the activities of the company that provides services for moving the vehicles that are obstructing the traffic with designated loaders and towing vehicles in order to reduce traffic congestion in the capital city is briefly described.
