ANALYSIS OF THE REASONS WHY THE TRAFFIC POLICE OFFICER IS BEING RELEASED FROM THE OFFICE

Abstract

Traffic police officers are dismissed from service for various reasons. This is related to individual, organizational and social factors. Traffic police work is physically and psychologically demanding, so officers may experience health problems after a long period of service and leave the service.

In addition, working in the traffic police requires discipline and high responsibility, but since the salary is low compared to other sectors, it is common for officers to move to the private sector or choose to work in other sectors to improve their quality of life.

This article briefly discusses the reasons for the dismissal of traffic police officers, the factors affecting it, and the results of a survey conducted with traffic police officers on ways to reduce negative factors.
