EXECUTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE COURT DECISIONS AND ROLE OF THE POLICE

Abstract

20 years have passed since the establishment of the Administrative Court in Mongolia. One of the main indicators of the importance and effectiveness of the establishment of the court is that the court's decision is fulfilled, and the rights and interests of people and legal entities violated due to illegal administrative activities are protected and actually restored. In the past 20 years, there have been several amendments to the laws and regulations regarding the improvement of the laws and regulations regulating the relationship related to the fulfillment of the requirements in the execution of administrative court decisions, but as of today, the rights of persons and legal entities protected by court decisions are clearly regulated natural environment is not formed.

Also, in the theory of administrative law, the function of any administrative organization and its distribution is a fundamental problem, and in recent years, in the distribution of functions of administrative organizations operating in Mongolia in the relevant laws, there have been negative trends such as significant loss of systematization, arbitrarily making and changing without research can be observed. In other words, there are errors and shortcomings, such as assigning functions that do not belong to the administrative organization, or omitting the functions that must be assigned to it, or assigning them to another administrative organization when determining which problems to solve and which problems to participate in. Therefore, as a researcher, I have prepared this report in order to compare the laws and regulations and the standards of other countries in this regard, identify the problems, and propose solutions as a researcher.
