This article attempts to examine the following two issues of Mongolian
police. First, regarding the fundamental concepts of police actions of public security
engagement based on such resources as social discipline, public order and community
security. Second, this paper evaluates and analyses police actions of maintaining pub-
lic order which is enhanced through creating fundamental conditions for community
safety.
