Abstract

 This article analyses some critical issues on public order policing and
maintaining crowd management in the context of events that are staged for members
of different types of communities. Therefore, this research aims to emphasize the
public order policing of community psychology and capability of crisis negotiation/
communication skill during the major events.
Accordingly, above mentioned two key considerations are offered as effective for
the police operation during community-based events through maintaining community
safety and public order that preventing of crime and enabling police power without
using any force and firearms.
