VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN AND SOME PAYING ATTENTION ISSUES TO FIGHT

Abstract

Right to life. Deprivation of human life shall be strictly prohibited unless capital punishment is imposed by due judgment of the court for the most serious crimes, constructed by Mongolian Penal Law, 16.1 of 16 article of 2^nd chapter of the Constitution of Mongolia.

  Privacy of citizens, their families, correspondence and residence shall be protected by law¹ , which mentioned guaranteed rights of citizens is important directive for providing children’s rights in the constitution of Mongolia.  

  Moreover, defined and obtain punishment methods for imposing and fighting with bodies who acting violence, and confirm legally violence crimes against children at special class of Criminal Law of Mongolia, which is one step to decrease and stop violence against children.
