Аннотация

 education policies of the universities and institutes focus toward implementing appeals of “new
study” method and it has spent considerable time since “rules and tools” of subsequent occupation and preparation
to other sectors of life have become contemporary high education trend of the world more than a method that
teacher provides education and knowledge to students. The reason is that at present educational training which
can hold balance between “science orientation” and “practical orientation” occupies the significant position.
Throughout mongolia, an appeal which means “reform of legal sector could be a complex reform” is
implemented and accordingly a complex reform to be implemented in its structural and institutional level is still
continued by a curriculum reform of the law enforcement university. Therefore at present, we need to conduct

training which can answer the below question “how is the employability of our alumnus?” not “how many of
our alumnus are employed?” This means employment vs employability. in other words a trend which can provide
students with professional complex abilities is a very important issue and we consider it can be started from a
module assessment.
