Abstract

 Following subjects of the police science should be identified and scrutinized for
enforcing modern police and capacity building of its personnel, namely:
- Application of the law enforcement innovation in order to create and develop legal
environment of policing in accordance with the international up-to-date standards
-The use of desirable law enforcement experiences in our policing
- Studying international experiences of the police internal oversight or control
- Improving education, professional and interpersonal skills of the police officers.
