Abstract

 This presentation describes the current conditions of crime in Mongolia based on in-depth analysis
of statistical data of all registered crimes for the last 40 years and statistical information of total criminal cases
solved by a court for the last 10 years in Mongolia. More specifically, the paper illustrates the current rate, di-
namics, distribution and damage of crimes and characteristics of criminals using graphic descriptions and defines
future trend of crime in Mongolia.
