Abstract

 “ikh zasag” is one of the big jurisprudence sources that reflects society, economy and politics of the
great mongolia and also give possibility to study the society in different way. understanding of the historiography
on the ikh zasag and il khant state jurisprudence by moslem historians will be clarified. There were norms that
derived from the “ikh zasag” in the il khant state jurisprudence as show several examples despite the jurisprudence
that show the moslem world specific feature as show the sources and research articles and works.
