АРХИДАН СОГТУУРАХТАЙ ТЭМЦЭХ ТУХАЙ ХУУЛИЙГ ШИНЭЧЛЭХ ШААРДЛАГА, ҮЗЭЛ БАРИМТЛАЛ

Аннотация

This article contains the goal to intensify and upgrade the activities on combating the alcohol abuse
contained in the documents such as mongolian national Security concept, the government action plan of the
years 2012-2016, its implementation plan, mongolian President’s initiative and action plan. By this article, i aimed
to define its harm and impact, analyze the crimes entailing from the alcohol abuse, administrative offences,
statistical survey of the traffic accidents, its reasons, alcohol drinks manufacturing, import, export, consummation,
trade and service. Based on these research and analyses jobs i have mentioned about the project concept, new
amendments and arrangements to convert the law on combating the alcohol abuse to anti-alcohol law.
