Abstract

lthough, ongolia adopted “ombating domestic violence ode” in 2004, the implementation of
the current aw is not sufficient in practice. Therefore, regulations on preventing human rights violation within
family, supporting safety, and investigating violence at early stage, settling, supporting and providing necessary
services to victims shall be reformed in complex. n this report, characteristic of legal reform on domestic violence
and coherence of this regulation with riminal justice reform.
