Abstract

 Mongolia, the court death penalty notes, where the main goal is to
study and compare the criminal procedure codes applied during the investigation of
the crimes committed outside of territory of Mongolia/on penalizing the criminals
who committed crime outside of territory of Mongolia through the years starting early
twenties. In particular, the main purpose was to determine the investigation tactics,
the development of the criminal procedure codes, the basis of the crime filing, the
development of this certain type of crime analyzing.
