Abstract

 It compares socializing service for citizens, who have been released or are about to be
released from prison, with traditions and some experiences of foreign countries. It analyzes role, participa-
tion and legal environment of law enforcement agencies and public service bodies, and gives suggestions,
conclusions, explanations and proposals on further development of professional service of social work for
citizens released from prison, and role, participation and cooperation of involving subjects.
