Abstract

In this article, as a researcher,
I have tried to focus on security especially
public safety of some foreign countries
including neighboring country Russia, United
States of America and Japan which are
with well-developed human rights and law,
democracy and cooperation as well as I’ve
studied police operations for ensuring public
safety, their legal regulations and experience
and I’ve conducted a comparative study based
on exploration of their legal framework and
practices to seek possibilities to actualize in our
police organizations.
