ХУУЛЬ САХИУЛАХ БАЙГУУЛЛАГЫН ХАМТЫН АЖИЛЛАГАА (Хяналт-шинжилгээ, үнэлгээний чиглэлийн хамтын ажиллагааг хөгжүүлэх нь)

Abstract

 International cooperation among law enforcement agencies is fairly developed
but capacity building and cooperation aiming at empowering unit and its officers in monitoring
and evaluating achievement of organization’s goals and objectives and quality of provisions of
information available for management team are insufficient.
At the moment, Ministry of Justice is implementing a project in collaboration with GIZ
(German International Cooperation) in regards of developing international cooperation.
It is believed that in order to promote ongoing legal reform, development of policies and
ensure normal operation of the organization, increase resources and cost effectiveness, we have
to support and understand the importance of strengthening capacity in monitoring and evalu-
ation at organizational level and create a condition necessary for good planning, proper imple-
mentation, reaching for good result and consequences and make a room for timely correction.
Therefore, it is essential that taking into account of the needs for capacity building in
monitoring and evaluation when developing national and international cooperation.
Lastly, I included some of my ideas and examples that you may pay attention to in de-
veloping cooperation.
