Abstract

 We analyze on nowadays or past development of forensic organization’s operations, structure, and
how to produce its human resource in this paper. We also study the ways of developing it in the future, estimate
and offer some recommendation. in addition, we compare other countries’ educational systems of preparing
human resource, structure and operations at their forensic science organizations in the uSa, russia, netherland,
georgia, estonia, new Zealand, ireland and republic of Korea.
